Exotic Dance today has arrived from a variety of sources, including the Middle East with Belly Dancing, the comedic Burlesque which began in music halls and variety shows in the 19th Century, and of course pole-dancing and strip shows.
An exotic dance is a performance and is much more than ‘dancing sexy’. In modern terms it has less to do with exotic dancing and more to do with transformation, self-confidence, authentic self-expression, freedom, joy and real personal power.
Through Exotic Dancing, you will learn how to boost your self-confidence and tone your body for great definition. It is a great form of exercise that helps to increase fitness, flexibility, strength and endurance.
