This
class is a fusion of movement exercises from strength building,
breath work, postural alignment to aerobics and a great variety
of dance form techniques. It begins with a safe warm-up, progressing
to particular exercises from Contemporary dance, Tai Chi, Latin
Dances, Belly dance and more. This is followed by a lyrical dance
routine. We end with a cool down/stretching and short relaxation/meditation.
Achieving health and skill related physical objectives
based on Laban's analysis. Improvement in strength, stamina, suppleness
and posture. Development of coordination, balance, agility, flexibility
and rhythmic ability.
