help. Amanda-Jane teaches dynamic and uplifting Yoga classes
designed to suit all levels and abilities, including complete
beginners.
Amanda-Jane has been practicing Yoga for
more than 6 years and recently qualified as a teacher in India
with Yoga Arts.
