'Ballet Workout' is a class to get back
into ballet or exercise in a fun and challenging way.
Beginners to ballet and exercise are welcome.
The class consists of a warm-up, including
ballet floor-barre exercises. We learn some movements at the barre
and repeat them in the centre to improve co-ordination, balance
and posture. Strength building will follow with port de bras and
adage. We raise our heartbeat through the allegro section where
we perform easy jump combinations. The class finishes with cool-down
and stretching.
Members:
£80/Non-Members: £80 + £2 membership weekly
Carnets
are valid for these classes and cost £40. The Carnets are
valid for 6 classes for 3 months.
