'Empower Whine' is a feminine, sensual and exotic dance class which emanates from the Jamaican style of ‘dancehall’.

Improve your fitness, flexibility, confidence and sexiness by learning to move your body to the most popular dancehall hits and 'Slow Jams'. You will also learn the sexiest routines and techniques including ‘Headtop’ and the splits. These classes are designed to build confidence, fitness and sexual self esteem, suitable for all adults, of all levels.

With the recent boom in sensual/exotic dance ' Empower Whine' has filled the gap in the market by bringing to you the urban and up-to-date way to move sexually and confidently. 'Empower whine' teaches and encourages you to confidently take over the dance floor, keeping all eyes on you….wherever you are!

This class is taught by Grace who is a Performing Arts graduate and the director of ‘Arts and Soul’ a new company which is dedicated to improving fitness, confidence and self esteem for all through the arts.
