Michael & Martina - Ballroom
Mondays Michael and Martina are International professional
'Ballroom' competitors and qualified dance teachers. We are passionate about dance and would like you to experience the glamour of the dancing world. Combine health with fun and challenge yourself to learning something new. We currently run group classes for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels in both 'Ballroom' and 'Latin American'. NEW! The Holistic Dance Experience
Using a combination of Ballroom and Latin American techniques and Ballet and Yoga inspired Stretching, Strengthening and Breathing techniques together with Sports Scientific fundamentals in order to mainly analyse and improve posture and movement, achieve a deeper sense of relaxation and balance and increase tone, flexibility and strength in one's body. No dance experience is needed; the private sessions are open to individuals of all ages and will be customized to each individual's needs and goals.
