Mr. Ben - Funk! Locking Class

Mr.Ben’s journey into the world of dance began in 1999 and he immediately recognised his gravitation towards the funk styles, particularly Locking.

With outstanding flair, technicality and dedication he has immersed himself in the dance historically, culturally and technically making him formidable in this dance form.

Mr.Ben has trained extensively with legendary pioneering Lockers such as Suga Pop, Greg Campbellock Jr, Jimmy Williams and Gemini and has choreographed, performed and taught nationally and internationally.

His class focuses on the original foundation dances, techniques, rhythms and musicality.

The class is suitable for all levels; from dancers who are new to Locking through to professionals.
