'Capoeira' is a Brazilian game that incorporates elements of dance and martial arts. Apart from the fun of the fluid movements and acrobatic elements of 'Capoeira', it is also a great full body workout and develops speed, body control and rhythm in students. Classes are dynamic, often noisy, fun...and tiring!
Pequeno Mestre (from Bahia, Brazil) started to train 'Capoeira' at the age of six and has been teaching for 14 years. He is a member of the 'Filhos de Bimba School', headed by the son of the famous 'Master Bimba'. He has been giving workshops and classes on 'Capoeira', Brazilian traditional dance and percussion in Brazil, Argentina, Italy and the United Kingdom.
