Teree has always had a keen interest in the 1940's.
The era where women embraced their curves and their femininity and because of this she was inspired to create the 'Pink Heels § Cocktails Dance Workout'.
Teree has a wealth of experience in the fitness
industry having first discovered her passion at the young age of
12, where she would train at a local gym.
Teree's fitness activities progressed throughout
her teens spanning from weight training to studying Contemporary
Jazz Dance for 3 years and receiving a National Diploma Certificate
in Dance. She then progressed onto 'Bikram Yoga', and 'Callenetics' in
her 20's. After a dramatic weight loss of 60lbs after her dress
size peaked at size 22, Teree was determined to create a dance
workout which would inspire women to embrace their curves.
About 'Pink Heels § Cocktails Dance
Workout'
'Pink Heels § Cocktails Dance Workout' is a class designed
to offer ladies a fantastic dance workout session. Each session
allows ladies to not only lose weight but also have fun and be
sexy at the same time. The ladies strut their walk to express
their confidence and they wind their hips to show their flexibility
and control. The women take command and attention is undeniable
before they have completed the featured song.
Attire: Regular Aerobics clothes (T-Shirt, leggings/shorts), a
pair of trainers and heels.
Please bring a small towel plus a bottle of water to
quench your thirst!
