Boxing -is a traditional martial art from Thailand, which is sometimes
referred to as the “art of 8 limbs.” It incorporates
punches, kicks, knees, elbow, clinches and take downs. It also benefits
fitness, stamina, endurance, co-ordination, confidence and self-esteem.
It is a fun, safe and effective form of
martial arts with elements of self-defence.
This is a Beginners - Intermediate class
suitable for men and women of all
levels of fitness.

Power Whine is a new 'ADULT ONLY' Dancehall
class designed to help you build your confidence, improve your
fitness and enhance your sexuality.
Each week we focus on learning sexy dancehall moves from the classic
‘butterfly’ along with the more up to date exotic
movements. Towards the end of the sessions all the moves learnt
are incorporated into a sensual routine, moving not only to Dancehall
music but to any type of music that has the relevant beat.
These classes are for woman of all shapes and sizes, after all,
the art of moving sexy is accessible to all!

Teree has always had a keen interest in
the 1940's. The era where women embraced their curves,and their
femininity, she was inspired to create Pink Heels § Cocktails
Dance Workout.
Teree has a wealth of experience in the
fitness industry,she first discovered her passion at the young
age of 12,where she would train at a local gym.
Teree's fitness activities progressed
throughout her teens spanning from weight training to studying
Contemporary Jazz Dance for 3 years and receiving a National Diploma
Certificate in Dance. Then Progressing onto Bikram yoga, and Callenetics
in her 20's. After a dramatic weight loss of 60lbs after her dress
size peaked at size:22, teree was determined to create a dance
workout which would inspire women to embrace their curves.

Workout
Pink Heels § Cocktails Dance Workout is a class designed
to offer ladies a fantastic dance workout session, each session
allows ladies to not only lose weight,but also have fun and be
sexy all at the same time. The ladies strut their walk to express
their confidence and they wind their hips to show their flexibility
and control. The women take command and attention is undeniable
before they have completed the featured song.

This body conditioning technique focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, strengthen the pelvic floor and the deep torso muscles.

Through dance and structured exercises, this class is ideal to keep supple, flexibile and trim!
Part-Time Course: Part time course requires students to Mix and Match dance style lessons over 3 weekly classes. Students will gain a certificate of attendance after the end of the last term in July 2011.
Price for 15 week course: £180 - £160 concession or Drop-In £6.00/£4.00 concession per class
Full-Time Course: Ideal for committed students looking ito performing and interested in teaching dance in the community.
This course requires students to take on 6 weekly classes. Rehearsal Day must be attended. At the end of the course, students will glain a certificate of attendance and be considered to assist Rawhead in our educational projects and performing at the annual 'All City Dance Festival' in July 2011. Full-time students will also benefit from discounts for master classes organised by Rawhead with renowed international teachers.
